• The Reset Ritual package is valid at The EVE Hotel only
• The Reset Ritual is not bookable within 7 days of arrival. Bookings at The Parlour Room to redeem your voucher during your stay, must be confirmed before arrival and cannot be made for Public Holidays or Sundays.
• The Parlour Room $500 voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Parlour Room cancellation policy is within 12hrs.
• IKKARI Tonic gift is one per room per stay.
• The Reset Ritual is valid for the validity period stated only.
• A valid credit card and photo identification is required when booking and must be presented on check-in.
