Check-in opens at 2.00 pm, with check-out at 11.00 am. Early arrival or late departure requests can be arranged through guest services, subject to availability

Secure parking is available at $55 per 24-hour period, accessed via Baptist Street. The guest services team provides detailed arrival instructions prior to check-in.

The rooftop pool is exclusively for hotel guests, open 7am to 10pm daily. Day beds and cabanas are available on arrival, with a 30-minute hold policy during peak periods.

The EVE maintains a refined atmosphere throughout its spaces. Room occupancy is limited to two adults, with gathering and party policies in place to ensure comfort for all guests.

The EVE welcomes guests under 18 accompanied by an adult. Rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests. Interconnecting rooms and baby cots are available on request.

The EVE offers a completely smoke-free environment across all rooms, balconies, and public spaces, including vaping and e-cigarettes. This policy supports a fresh and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.

For standard bookings, cancellations require notice by 2.00 pm, 24 hours before arrival. Suites require 7 days' notice. Prepaid bookings have specific terms detailed in booking confirmations. Contact reservations for full policy details.

While The EVE appreciates four-legged friends, the hotel maintains a no-pet policy to ensure comfort for all guests. Assistance animals are welcome with prior arrangement.

The EVE Hotel has several room types catering for specific guest requirements. All public spaces including the pool are accessible. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Hotel rooms, suites and public spaces including the pool area and the cloisters are to be used solely for the personal enjoyment of The EVE Hotel guests. These spaces may not be used for commercial or promotional activities, including but not limited to photo and video shoots, pop-up shops, events and trunk shows. Unauthorised imagery or video must not be published on any media and must be immediately removed from the public domain upon request from hotel management. Photography on your special day is welcomed inside your booked accommodation and en route to and from your room, provided that you have signed a location agreement and have registered accommodation at The EVE Hotel. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, prolonged photography in public hotel areas including the cloisters, hotel lobby, elevator lobbies and the hotel entrance is not permitted.
