- Check-In and Check-outCheck-in opens at 2.00 pm, with check-out at 11.00 am. Early arrival or late departure requests can be arranged through guest services, subject to availability
- ParkingSecure parking is available at $55 per 24-hour period, accessed via Baptist Street. The guest services team provides detailed arrival instructions prior to check-in.
- Pool & Cabana PolicyThe rooftop pool is exclusively for hotel guests, open 6.00 am to 9.00 pm daily. Day beds and cabanas are available on arrival, with a 30-minute hold policy during peak periods.
- Party PolicyThe EVE maintains a refined atmosphere throughout its spaces. Room occupancy is limited to two adults, with gathering and party policies in place to ensure comfort for all guests.
- ChildrenThe EVE welcomes guests under 18 accompanied by an adult. Rooms accommodate two adults or one adult and one child (3-18 years). Cots are available for younger guests on request.
- Smoking & VapingThe EVE offers a completely smoke-free environment across all rooms, balconies, and public spaces, including vaping and e-cigarettes. This policy supports a fresh and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
- CancellationFor standard bookings, cancellations require notice by 2.00 pm, 24 hours before arrival. Suites require 7 days' notice. Prepaid bookings have specific terms detailed in booking confirmations. Contact reservations for full policy details.
- PetsWhile The EVE appreciates four-legged friends, the hotel maintains a no-pet policy to ensure comfort for all guests. Assistance animals are welcome with prior arrangement.
